width, 100cm depth, 150cm height. Staged on tabling approx. 70cm
high covered with white paper.
43 'Greensleeves' - an all green
exhibit in a space not exceeding 40cm width, 40cm depth, 40cm
height. Staged on tabling approx. 70cm high covered with white
paper.
44 A floral cupcake.

Recipe for Class 49 -
Leith Hill Cake
Ingredients
1lb (450g) sultanas
1/2 pint of water
3 eggs, beaten
6oz (185g) caster sugar
6oz (185g) margarine / butter
a pinch of salt
2-3 tablespoons milk
5oz (140g) plain flour
5oz (140g) self raising flour
Method
Prepare an 8" (20cm) round tin. Heat oven to
350oF, 180oC, 160oC fan.
Cover sultanas with the water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil
and simmer gently until all the liquid is absorbed. Leave to
cool.
Cream the sugar, margarine and eggs. Add flour, salt and mixed
spice then stir in the cold fruit and milk if required.
Pour mixture into tin and bake 1¾ hrs.
