Advertising Terms and Conditions
ADVERTISING ON BROCKHAM WEBSITE - 2011/2012
Since it's re-launch in October 2008, the Brockham website - www.brockham.org - has gone from strength to
strength. We now have, on average, over 4500 visitors (not
page visits!) each month due to continued promotion and publishing
up to the minute news. The website is maintained by volunteers and
is the official Brockham Parish Council website.
Why advertise? By advertising with us, you:
- Reach your local community, informing them of your services or
product
- Have your own page which you can either have updated or update
yourself - use it for special offers, having photos or just giving
more in-depth information
- Give back to the community - all funds from advertising go to
the Parish Council to be spent on local charitable causes, such as
the Scouts or Guides

Terms and conditions of advertising on
Brockham.org.uk
- Advertisements will run for twelve months, six months or three
months and fees are payable in advance
- Ads should be graphic in jpeg format landscape.
- Charges of £150 p.a., £80 for six months or £50 for 3 months
are valid until 30th September 2012
- Proceeds of advertising revenues go to Brockham Parish Council
for the running of the web site and to support community
activities
- No refunds are available for cancelled advertisements
- Position on page and overall page design rests with
brockham.org
- Brockham.org is under no obligation to accept any
advertisements and may terminate any advertisement with immediate
effect
- Brockham.org reserves the right to refuse the supplied advert
graphic at no cost to us
- Advertisers should be based in and around the Brockham
community, other advertisers will be considered on a case-by-case
basis
- Artwork will be provided by advertisers, required in graphic
jpeg format landscape design.
