Robert Pritchard is a chartered architect, a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. He has a diverse architectural and project management experience spanning some 30 years, since qualifying at Manchester College of Art and Design, working in both the UK and Hong Kong.
The Practice was established in 1993, and has undertaken a wide range of schemes including new and refurbishment projects for residential developments, office buildings, and independent schools. Refurbishment work in conservation areas and to listed buildings has become a specialist area for the Practice. The Practice earned a reputation among its clients for high quality, exciting and energy efficient design. Local design awards have been won for several projects.
The services provided are flexible to suit the individual requirements of clients, taking advantage of the latest CAD technology. He can design and manage a project from inception through to completion, obtaning all the necessary statutory consents, competitive tenders from suitable builders, and then administer the building contract. If required a simpler service can be provided, where the client knows the builder they would like to use, with the architect providing scheme design and submitting planning and building regulation applications.
