THE SHOP AT STROOD GREEN CELEBRATES 1ST BIRTHDAY!

 

The community-run shop at Strood Green was opened on 21st March 2009. To mark its first anniversary this weekend there will be free chocolates, balloons and birthday cake, free Strood Green cotton shopping bags and a general air of festivity!!

 

The management committee of the shop would like to thank all the residents of Strood Green, Brockham, Leigh and surrounds for supporting this community venture so wonderfully well over the past year, and we look forward to many many more happy years of community ownership. 

 

We are now preparing to print more share certificates so if anyone hasn't managed to purchase a share yet, here is your opportunity to be a part of and help support this thriving business initiative! Share application forms will be available at the shop all weekend.
