A self-contained one-bedroomed flat will become available in the near future in this small sheltered housing scheme, suitable for either a married couple or a widowed or single person.
The Sidney Michael Poland Charity is restricted to housing persons in need of assistance who live in Brockham, Betchworth, Buckland or Leigh.
No rent is charged but residents have to make a weekly maintenance contribution towards the costs incurred by the Charity in maintaining Poland House. Application forms available from:
