Waste and Recycling Update for the week commencing 18
January
Following the recent disruption to collections, recycling
collections returned to normal with effect from Monday 18 January.
Residents with excess recycling can put this material in open black
bags and place it alongside their green bin.
Most of the outstanding waste collections have been made with
the exception of a few areas. If you are still waiting for a
collection of your waste then please leave it out until it is
collected. We are endeavouring to get this done as soon as possible
and we expect to have collected all waste by the end of the
week.
Garden waste collections will be cancelled for the week.
Residents with excess garden waste can put this in sacks next to
their bin at the next collection.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that the
disruption to the collections caused and thank our residents for
their patience during the recent difficult weather conditions.
