The VE celebrations in Brockham Village Hall at the weekend were a fantastic success.

In the afternoon we had a tea dance where tunes from the 40's were played with dancing and a sing along. Everybody throughly enjoyed themselves and quite a few dressed in 40's style.

We would like to thank the local cubs and brownies that came along to kindly serve tea, cakes and spam sandwiches throughout the afternoon.

The celebrations went on into the evening with more music and dancing. Everybody had such a great time.

Thanks again to all those people that came along and made the day very memorable and a great success. In true Brockham style - we do it best.
