Time to Grow Your Own...

Growing your own fruit and veg has become a very popular past-time, with waiting lists for most allotment sites across the area.

Brockham Parish Council own and runs two friendly and community spirited allotment garden sites situated off Middle Street and Wheelers Lane. The sites are managed on a daily basis by our Parish Clerk. Both sites allow for full and half plots with the occasional quarter plot which are rented out on an annual basis.

Taking on an allotment can be both challenging and rewarding. Many new allotment holders find that they quickly develop new skills and knowledge and see the development of their allotment as part of a positive lifestyle choice. We do expect the allotment holders to maintain their allotment and area surrounding it and monitor the area regularly.

Allotment charges

Prices of allotment plots vary dependent upon size and are reviewed and charged annually.

Year commencing April 2023 (price per annun):

Full plot - £40 

Half plot - £25 

Quarter plot - £15

New allotment holders are subject to a one off £40 refundable deposit fee.
